We have been committed to organic food for some 20 years and source most of our food locally from accredited sources as well as local known sources that we trust.

We clean only with natural products and all our bedding is natural fabrics and materials washed with eco products and dried on lines in the garden.

All our toiletries provided are natural and naturally fragranced- no toxins here!

When we forage, we do so respectfully, taking only what we need with great care and singing as we do so!

Our beautiful girls who provide us with eggs are fed fully organically, no soya and roam the garden daily.
