A place to retreat, refuel, rethink, re-do, be creative and come out smiling...

We offer our own retreats as well as being open for people to host retreats.

After a couple of years of experiencing this farmhouse and the local area, I have come to recognise the house itself as having great healing energy as do the surrounding woodlands and of course the coast.

Come and experience this setting on any of the following retreats ...

Food

I can provide 3 delicious organic plant-based meals per day :)

All my food is 100% organic, including spices and additions of foraged foods when available such as seaweeds and hedgerow greens.

I charge £35pp/per day which includes hearty breakfasts of daily different porridges from around the world, home baked spelt and seed bread, stewed fruits, nut and seed butters. Lunches are a generous selection of salads both warm and cold and contain some form of GF grains to sustain the afternoon! Dinners include Moroccan tagines, Indian dahls with all the sundries and dishes made from what's available at Gear Farm!- generally warming dishes.

All these are options, I just mention them as they have all been favourites.

Also included are herbal and black teas, coffee- both decaf and strong (!) and fruit.

I can source happy, local grass-fed beef, lamb and pork within 5 miles from the house and prices around meat/fish dinners would be a fraction higher based on choice.

You can of course bring your own chef if you'd prefer!  See my mini biog detailing foodie experience- and I obviously hold all the necessary certificates.

Fleur is the most welcoming, friendly and down-to-earth host you could wish for. Her knowledge of the local nature and area, her cooking skills and her sense of humour are second to none! Treglossick Farm itself is a beautifully restored home with bags of character and soul - the perfect setting for recharging your batteries and connecting with others, and the perfect base for exploring the magical Cornish coastline, which is just 10 minutes' walk away.

I have now been on two yoga retreats at Treglossick Farm, and am returning for my third this spring.

Fleur’s hospitality is second to none. The warmth of her homestead is absolutely at the heart of any stay there.

Fleur’s humour, passion, creativity and exceptional culinary skills make every day at Treglossick a gift. As soon as you step through her door, you begin to unwind and sink in to the magic that she has created. The farmhouse is set at the top and out of the village, and is a beautiful 15min walk through woods and meadows to a perfect swimming beach. It is effortless to be there; it is very very hard to leave.

I felt like I was stepping into a different world. So peaceful, so beautiful.
Walking through misty woodland in the early morning to the hall for yoga and seeing the sun rise over the sea.
Paddling in the freezing water and foraging edible seaweed for the evening meal.
Sitting by a real log fire surrounded by the warmth and companionship of lovely people. Eating the healthiest and tastiest food ever! Sleeping deeply and waking rested. Yoga by the ocean with Jess and Kitty is the best ever.
Fleur is the most wonderful host and makes you feel so welcome and safe.
When I left, I felt healthier, happier and rejuvenated in body and mind.
Can’t wait to go back!

A lovely welcoming host with a fab house in a brill location, can’t recommend more highly. Plus, if Fleur offers you a cooked breakfast: say YES!! Utterly delicious.

What a magical place! The location is perfectly situated to enjoy all the adventure and majesty Cornwall has to offer! While the house is a special treat unto itself - fresh eggs for breakfast, a little foraging if you fancy, walks on your doorstep, fires to warm up by, comfy beds for a restful night sleep. The home has been lovingly maintained and thoughtfully updated - so you get all the intrigue of 500 year old farm house along with a great kitchen and wonderful bathrooms - and the fluffiest towels!!! And the host is one of the very best we have had. Fleur is delightful, flexible, a wealth of knowledge, and just a fantastic human to get to know. We cannot wait to go back!!

A hidden gem in such a beautiful part of Cornwall. Expect a well equipped stunning home in a tranquil setting. Fleur’s place is ideal for families as it has such a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Porthallow beach is only a short walk down hill and is ideal for swimming, rock pooling, or just watching the fishermen tend to their boats. The local pub next to the beach offers good meals and local beers. Fleur is a great host and we look forward to visiting again.

We absolutely loved our stay with Fleur at her beautiful home, so much so that it has become my favourite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Fleur was so friendly and accommodating and we instantly felt right at home. Her place is beautiful; a lovely room with an incredibly comfortable bed and spacious bathroom for our private use, all sparkling clean. She made us the most delicious breakfast too in the morning which was such a treat! The location of her place is so fantastic, a short ten minute walk down a quiet path and pretty woodland takes you down to Porthallow beach which is great for swimming. Would highly recommend staying with Fleur and we will be back again soon! Thank you so much Fleur!

Fleur is one of the most thoughtful, interesting and energetic hosts I’ve ever encountered. Her house is as memorable as its host. If you want to have the perfect get-away, you don’t want to miss this place!
