Your Creative Sparkle

New dates to be announced

a love letter to the self

Reinvigorate your creative, artistic and personal life

Create the beginnings of your unique story in Your Creative Sparkle letter writing and yoga residency on the historic Treglossick Farm, set in a stunning Cornish location, close to woodlands, rugged coastline and moors.

Join Elspeth and other residents as we share newly generated ideas, images and story material in a playful, nurturing and artfully disruptive way. We will dive in deep, to write and create a series of our own unique hand-made letters, our own special visual pieces of work embracing nature, using natural inks, feathers or the materials of your choice.

Let nature embrace you during this unexpected and therapeutic retreat: collect natural materials, share ideas and tell stories in a weekend that is designed to ignite inspiration and hone your creativity and help you be comfortable with who you are. Under the nurturing and experienced tutelage of Writer, Director and Arts + Health Specialist, Elspeth Penny guides you to explore the lost art of letter making in a tranquil part of the Lizard Peninsula.

Join in yoga classes,  overlooking the sea, wild swim, forest bathing and have down time each day ending each day warmed by the fires and soulful chatter.

This residency invites you to unlock your thinking, dive deeply into the story of who you are. All whilst feeling held, connected and empowered. Discover ideas within yourself and become more confident expressing them. Find or relearn the ability to play and create as you did when you were a child.

Every mood, every moment, every state of mind. What you feel should have an expression in how you move Follow your heart and be true to your soul. Everything else will fall into place.
